Coals to Newcastle

Its a long shot I know, but I'm having trouble locating a radio surround for a VH thumbwheel radio. I've got one as you can tell from the pic but its broken. Thought I'd throw it out there. You never know your luck.

Theres a few places over here that specialise in plastic chrome so it doesnt need to be in great shape, as long as its not broken!!!

My official import VE was radio delete. Very strange for a VIP V8.

Not sure if they were delete on the VH-VJ's that came over or if they were just replaced when they got here. It could explain the 2 random X** options I have never been able to decode :-k

I have 2 examples of the radios fitted, one an 8 track player and one just a radio. Neither uses the bezel you show (or a bezel at all), they both slot into the radio hole and stand slightly proud of the dash surface.

Managed to get a good one anyway so thanks. Didnt think about em fitting different gear to your cars, but you'd need one hell of an aerial to tune into anything with an Oz AM radio in your Val!

Love the interior of Kevs very functional VE!!

Doesnt look like the ones that came in our VE's but that doesnt mean its not standard in a UK import.
Like the Val by the way - Bet it stands out in traffic over there. Good to see!!!
