My god that does look like a lot of stuff. Yes almost every panel has/is being replaced. That was the last shipment we could afford. Now just got to scrimp and save to pay for it to but fitted. Guess the heating will be off for the winter and a few trees cut down to light the fire instead.

I didn't see that in the first photo. Is it creased or just dented in? Would it re pop back out? I would have to try and proove when it was done ie in air or in transit and which side of the world the dammage happened. I'll see what I can do though as the parts are not cheap. Can you email me any other photos of the damage so I can use them for a complaint.

Christ it looks like an elephant has sat on it. We've had a lot of orders come through and this the only thing that's been damaged. Yes I'm sure they can sort it but that means more pennies
I just hope it's not twisted but knowing my luck.
