69 Fury (YMM 104G) is in a lockup in London. Been trying to get hold of the owner for ages as he has a bunch of spares for these cars but last time I spoke to him he seemed to think i was some kind of nutter and that i would come and steal everything if he revealed where his stash was. Frustrating.

That pic (11) is near identical of the 1 in Street Machine when I bought it. Note the front plate is YMU instead of the correct YMV. Apparently Tony, who I bought it off, had a custom plate made up for the back (it is air brushed) and the bloke got it wrong. So he kept that one anyway and had the bloke do a correct one that went on the back.....How it is in the pic is more or less how it was when I bought it, except it had moon discs on all wheels to cover the mismatch of chrome steels on the back and standard wheels on the front. Still got the 440-4 Barrel badges off the hood........And the headlight chrome bits went at an Essex swap meet.
(I've done a complete break down of the 11s Taxi recipe but it won't open at home, so when I'm next in work I'll post it up. Very mild......)
It ran 15.3 as pictured.....
It also competed in a burn out comp at a Braintree show about '96, '97 which saw off the 1 leg Borg Warner axle. It had a 7 1/4 when I got it. Paid me money to Tony, THEN he showed me the vid!!!!!! (It was white and primer at the time if anyone's got a vid of it)
