Petronix Coil

The very nice people at Pertronix have sent me a few shiny bits, including a chrome coil. However, it says that I need to remove the resistor. Can someone give me a brief physical description and map of the surrounding terrain, so I might actually remove it and not the power steering pump by mistake!

Ballast resistor will be on bulkhead somewhere, made of bakelite material, 2 spade connectors and single screw or bolt through centre. All you do is join the wires together, this is because the petronix has a built in resistor.
