Handed heads?

Just about to fit the heads (360) but my book says 'be sure head numbers 1-3-5-7 fit over left side cylinders 1-3-5-7..'
The heads appear identical. Can anyone advise?

Don't know what they are getting at there! The heads are not handed, fit 'em to your side of choice....

Thanks Blue. Have you possibly got the torque sequece (ie) which bolt order. I'm amazed that none of my stuff or the internet can provide me with the factory torquing sequence so far!!

Terry is that it? Just start from the middle on both rows and torque up in increments?

Almost there, having a re machined engine mount so it all lines up and it can go back in at last. Hope your rebuild is a bit more straightforward Dave.
