Hi Gringo, to be honest its on a engine stand ready to be look at, but not had the time yet, and i'm going to be working away so it'll be probably April before i get a chance
No real rush though, still alot of build on the rest of the car to do, i'm going to the strip and build the motor myself, with advice and tips from Jimmy 8-)

Good man. There's a sense of satisfaction knowing you built your own motor. Try not to make as many balls ups as me... :thumbright:

Hi to all,
The Coupe is back at Valley Gas for a bit more work, because of work being stop start stop start  i'm not sure how close to a working car i can get, but i'm going to try, only two photo's off there web site, as i've bust my camera.
They fitted the rad last week in the boot, try to ignore the blue logo  that'll be sprayed over soon enough. the other pic was a photo shoot down at the garage, which my car got in a few shots :D
More pic's will follow :read2:

Hi, the next pic's are for Novembers work, the rear brakes are on, the pedal and master cylinder are fitted, the pedal arm needs to be shortened a little, to sort out its travel, i fitted the sump to check to steering didn't foul anything, it all works ok no probably at all.
I had to change the steering wheel for another, anybody know what car the new one one is originally is fitted to?
The speedboat wheel will a bit of machining to get it to fit, so i'll do that at a later date.

Hi to all, sorry for the delay on getting the pictures uploaded, been working through the weekends, and have not made it over to Vally Gas to take any.
So the boot lid is 95% done, just louvers and a bit of final adjustment will see it complete, i'm leaving the boot lid unfinished, all the marks from the English wheel will be left, to give it some character, it's single skin and no inner frame to keep the weight down.
I couldn't close the boot fully, because they were bonding in a panel along the lower edge of the boot opening.
The rear window has had the winding mechanism altered, and placed in between the seats (it was off to one side).
Also you'll see the base pedal in place 8-) and the black curved thing poking from the dash is the handbrake lever, its off an old pickup that was in for some work, also the shifter has been mounted on the tunnel, i have plans to remove the shifter arm and replace it with a more appropriate piece :)
The car will be stripped down next month to complete the final wielding on the chassis and roll cage, then the fun starts :D

Love it. It's like watching a sculpture slowly being born from solid rock.
