Big day finished welding the headers, they aint pretty but they will work and clear the tyres finished welding in the new tunnel so now its clean up paint and final assembly whoopee.

High Steve, sounds like you had a few curved balls mate, hope things improve for you.
I am looking to do a test and tune at the pod on the 19th March and if it all goes ok then run hot at the Easter Thunderball.
There is still shedloads to do but if you break the jobs down it is doable.
I am still waiting for the t/converter and a cooling system from suppliers and I need to upgrade the propshaft, the rest is just a slog refitting wiring ect.
Look forward to seing you again soon and chat about your A F/X plans, now that sounds great project

Bad news, been to Doc and now on 7 tablets a day for two weeks, 3 of which have to take for ever.
Also have to have a minor opp.
he said if I was a horse he would shoot me.
In addition as of tomorrow I am not allowed to smoke period.
So it gonna be a tough couple of weeks for me.
Damn nuisance as I need to weigh the car before confirming the new torque converter which means transporting it to a weigh bridge then dropping it back to the yard then removing the engine and box then transporting to my home.I figure is a good days work, she wont let me go out at the moment so going to try to make a run for it when we run out of food and she has to go to Asda.
