Rallye Dash Wood Grain Transfers

Post by Anonymous »

Has anybody used these on their rallye dash? If so, did they look ok / crap / brilliant? Need to replace mine but dont particularly want to go for the full ally face plate job as mine are in excellent condition.

Cheers thankyou please

I have seen them and although not always a 100% perfect match when placed side by side, they do look good enough for 99% of people.

Hi Clivey

Get some wood grain fablon and do it yourself.
Fablon is heat sensitive so you can mold it to the dash.
Do A trial bit and see how it comes out.

Woodgrain Fablon worked a treat on that console you dontated Clivey :thumbright:

Few quid a roll, so no harm in trying!

(unless you get it wrong & it pulls the old woodgrain off :? )

Thanks for the advice guys, but I need the lettering for the switches knobs n dials. I also need a new radio surround as the original was cut for an after martket job. I think I'll have to take the pain and make a purchase. Oh well, only £380-ish. I want the dash back in the car ASAP. :)
