1960 to 1974 Mopar VIN Decoder

Post by TyreFryer »

As some of you are aware (and thanks to those who helped out with the testing) I've been working on an iPhone App that decodes Mopar VINs between the years 1960 and 1974.

I'm afraid this one isn't a freebie as I've spent quite a bit of time on it, but if you have an iPhone and you're interested you can find out more about it at http://www.vinsdecoder.com

Cheers.

Our iPhone App "Mopar VIN Decoder" has been updated and is now in version 1.1. "C" body Chryslers from 1966 to 1974 have been added, along with a high resolution icon for the iPhone 4.

Whats the point of it? If you have an iPhone you will have 3G and then you just go on the net and use a free one.

Try it Andy, hunt around and find one that covers the year of your car, enter the VIN in with the keyboard and then don't get the model identified.

Then copy and paste the details one at a time into notes or something and save it for future reference.

And that's assuming you can get a connection at a car show in the middle of a field, miles from anywhere.
