I REALLY hope so Nick......early indications are good as it "normally" dropped a load of oil on the driveway whilst I was opening the garage door to put it away, and last time it didn't.
But I haven't checked it since........so fingers crossed.
I now need to sort the trans leak. 1 replacement sump pan and a new gasket later and guess what? No change

Hi rich not at the moment 383 should be a quick( as in time to rebuild) and a cheap running motor. the 440 will take time and money to build . i want a totally street-able car.
so tall gears and too heavy on the motor will have to Wait till ive had enough fun on the road.
im well please with the results so far simon and lee came and looked at the car last night, simons worried mine will be on the road before his.
