just get any

put them on with the less cluttered side outwards

and have a look on Volkzone for the man with the van and the big red line tyre making kit....

can do any tyre provided the side wall isn't cracked crazed or beyond redemption

IMHO painted-on white/red/yellow/blue/whatever-walls will always look just that, ie a bit of a bodge!

Having said that tho, that black 69(?) GTO that was at the Nats & the HRDs has a red line painted on the outer edge of his wheel rims and that works well!
