Used a hammer on the pitman arm off the old box & it fell off .............the last one i tried to get off was a right bitch , ended up heating the pitman arm & emptying a bottle of nitrous over the shaft , dropped right off , same thing when removing/fitting tight dampers.

As Blue large sykes pickavant puller and give it a wack with a large hammer leave the nut on a few threads , Anton brought his round to my workshop and used my stuff went with a bang shure enough then hook the seal out and make sure you dont damage the shaft doing it wrap some tape round it before putting seal back

I got a seal kit from Customville. I may even still have it, as I can't remember if it went with the PS box when I sold it.

I'll check.

Pretty sure that Mr Turnip (aka FBO UK) will be able to sort you out with a seal and/or kit...

Sorry Rickster - checked last night in my box of seals (mostly axle!) and I don't have it after all :( I must have thrown it in with the sale of the PS box.
Sorry mate!

For reference, I needed a new seal for my manual box a few (7!) years back so I Googled 'oil seals in Essex' and found a shop in Grays (old style shop - blokes with brown coats with rules and pens in the pockets, long scarred customer service counter with a steel ruled edge, shelves full of belts, pulleys, seals, etc) who sorted me out a seal when I took the old one in to compare it against.
