A-Bod 8-3/4, stamps/marks.
First piccy is/was an upside-down 'W', below the vent hole.
Second picccy, upside-down '70 date stamp' plus nice pinky writing!
Third piccy, two hand written white marks, done at different times?

Hi Justin,
Yes indeedy!!!
Under the 40years or crud and crap was a beautiful unmolested axle!
On first appearences its a superb example of an original A-body 8-3/4.
Most A-bod axles are badly used and abused on the dragstrips of the World LOL.
Although the axles feel darn heavy when complete, the bare axle case is indeed a fairly lightweight assembly.
I would always recommend a back-brace for any dragstrip duties, with an engine of 450/500 horses!
A very good purchase!
