:iagree: Rust residue in the eye is no joke.
Arc eye is unbelievably painfull.
permanent scarring of the eye is very bad,
and a month off work is bad for you're finances.

Nice work :thumbright: but please protect you're eyes.

RUST NEVER SLEEPS!

Espiciallly when its in ya eye!!!

Got some grit in my eye in LA, went to the Hospial and had it removed.
Was in the Hospital 20 minutes and in the head clamp for 4 minutes, I know cos there was a clock behind the Doc's head and I could see it with me good eye LOL!
The whole experience cost $750, now that's what I call a good hourly rate?
Only slightly more than my Solicitor, who is a JOKE! (no good with a scalpel)

Eyes is real important, lose 'em and you are up Bananarama! creek, nopaddle and no boat!

yep , wear eye protection all time , saying that , even with , had loads of grinder sparks , metal filings , rust , in both eyes over the years , done many a trip over the old maidstone eye hospital at 2 am & knocked them up  no a& e , thinking it might come out while asleep , but its too painfull to close eye  , arkeye also , easy to forget to shut eyes at right time , when no shield & tacking a tricky bit , you should not , but we all do ?? never did get on with auto dimming shields :?
funny part about it , all this happened when working on own cars over the years , & never at work with customers cars :?

I gave up trying to get parts from them, I think they are too busy making money selling imported parts to go and dig parts out of their extensive collection.... look at 'em all!

I am amazed that DB motors is still going been years since I last went there nearly got eaten by the two very large dogs he had guarding the place. the instruction were if the gates are shut don't come in as the dogs will have you, just sound your horn and he would come and get me. But if the gates are open you will be OK as the dogs will be in there cage. I got there the gates were open so i drove in up to the big house as instructed , got out the car and walked up to the house, the front door was open.... i knocked and shouted only to see these huge beasts running down the stairs towards me
 i nearly poo'd myself on the spot before turning and running back to the car as fast as i could, i just made it. The dogs were mad and started biting the bloody tyres, door handles and broke the ariel off before Martin put the away
