Yep , that's a federal type pump , saginaw have the hoses off the rear which can be a PITA due to head clearance , early saginaw also has the 'oval' type filler neck.
There is a very large o-ring that seals the pump to the reservoir and the a seal on the pulley shaft and another o-ring on the bolt that holds the pressure pipe to the pump. All these seals and o-rings are available from orbic bearings in croydon or on the Internet.
they very simple to separate the reservoir from the pump to replace the o-ring and the pulley seal is easy to replace once you pull the pulley off( i use a screw in the seal to remove so I didn't have to strip the pump further).
I all that is wrong with your is that it leaks it is a simple fix.

I stand corrected, had a quick look at the pulley and thought Saginaw, they look real similar. On closer look the bradkets all different too. Still easy to repair tho Dukerich

Yea , pulley pattern can throw you off , although some saginaws were fitted with the 'solid' type pulley along with some federals like the one above were fitted with 'open' type pulleys , i guess the only way to know for sure is to look @ pump body/filler neck , some pumps have the pulleys changed out (smaller) to give a better 'feel' due to the soggy ole PAS boxes l

I did exactly the same, removed and replaced the front seal with the shaft in place and replaced the other two external seals. the pump was working fine, it just leaked so I didn't see the need to strip it completely. Only took me half an hour and it was done.
