yep thats what you get when the rear roller clutch flips and the high gear clutch drum spins way to fast its a powder casting that has no real strength when in a high rev situation, and it explodes
plenty of people racing Tflites with a factory drum in it lots of money on an engine but wont cough up £750.00 to protect their
transmission/car floor pan/headers/LEGS AND FEET, yes an exploding torqueflite will tear its way through the transmission case and car floor pan,

but its not just racecars that it can happen to,

WATTS RACING TRANSMISSIONS, CLOBBER THE COMPETITION ITS CLOBBERIN TIME

OFTEN OUTNUMBERED NEVER OUTGUNNED,

HEY WHATS THE TOP END ON THAT SUPERSPORTS. UNLIMITED,

Yep thats a Biggy!

Anyone running quicker than 11's has this dilemma?

Guy standing next to the door is the driver, both feet intact!!!
Lucky lad indeed. :D
Nothing wrong with a 727, just need the right bits in there and the Jobs a gooden!

Baccy.

ps, its not the sweeping up of the bits that's a prob, its the two gallons of hot trans oil that's the problem!
Try explaining to the twenty guys in the line behind you!!!

You betta hide in da Khasi till the heat dies down LOL!
