Thanks, please do you have a contact number?

Does anyone know if you are allowed the transmission in the car (with a shield) in Pro ET or does it have to be tinned over as well? Sorry for the ignorant questions!!!!

Pete, as a thought. Ciba-Geigy at Duxford produce all types of Aero and automotive adhesives. I have seen these, and they are incredible. Now you may say you can't get them... But

Remember when I lived at Byron Road? Well the Guy next door, John McBeth works with those products in Duxford. If you are interested, he will be more than helpful, I am sure. If he could get you the flooring they produce for the 747 and 747 jets that they also make there, you will find no lighter ot stronger material. And I know they have off cuts, as the speaker boffins use it for cabinets.

He will not mind you going to see him. Tell him Jeff his old next door nieghbour sent you.

Good luck with it.

No Pete... Byron Rd.. Not Echo Hill.

Remember the house I had when I had the 57.

There is only one next door as I was end of the street. He is a nice guy, and interested in cars too.

Hi Pete

Have you considered one of these ??

Would only need minor trimming work to fit and sensible money

Thanks for the thought, Jon.

I bought the tubs - they are huge and a lot bigger than in any of the kits.

I have the materials bought and also the bead rolling/folding/bending/guillotining tools.

All work has stopped on the car due to the house and the change of job.

The car will be going on eBay once I have had time to sort the advert out.....
