Had to go to Tascaster today, so took the opportunity of making an impromtu visit to Jon, plus a good opportunity to drop of new Wastegates & pick up fuel pumps, etc.
Only been a week since I was last there, but still quite a lot of progress, with both Headers now done, Thermocouple Couple nipples just turned up in readiness for fitting. Car now on all fours, with front springs now fitted to Struts
Turbos now supported, although turbos can still move/expand, BOV installed
Also tried out turbo blankets for size
Few pictures, no particular order

Finally the Throttle Body turned up, ordered a month ago, then package was lost, finally turned up in Australia ? Vendor was good about it & sent a replacement.
Came in its own plastic & foam protective case, so god knows why it had to be shipped in a box nearly 2ft cubed.

New mechanical Fuel pump & Reg arrived this week, that only took 4 days to my door

Nothing special Ivor, the 2 x Aeromotive pumps I had previously, can't keep up with the fuel demands.Ivor wrote:Mechanical fuel pump Mark? Now you've got me really interested, got any more detail on that?
This is just a EFI mechanical belt driven fuel pump, I was originally going to drive off the end of the cam, but limited space was available due to the rad. I will drive pump using a mandrel mounted on the end of the damper, with a 2:1 Drive ratio.
The plus side being no electrical load, pump is considerably lighter than the two elec pumps, also rated to 3,500HP (More than I need )

Different regulator required, but still 'Boost' referenced
