Photos of my Cougar Convertible just painted by JC ! Pics dont really do it justice!! Its been a long journey but seeing it like this makes it all seem worthwhile! The work that John and his team have put into this is absolutely first class and I cant thank them enough! Will post some before pics this week

I reckon thats still on display in the James Bond hall at Beaulieu museum Dunc, parked up in the corner lookin well sorry for itself with a load of parts shoved all over the front seats :shock: .................unless Rich has bagged it for himself i think its still there mate :D

No not the OHMSS car but apart from the interior colour and not being a big block it will look exactly the same! This is purely intentional, have wanted one ever since I saw the film in 1976!
Should be home for reassembly very soon now, EVERYTHING has been rebuilt or replaced so should turn out nice! Cant wait!

Yeah
Its definately one of the Bond cars but it looks pretty tired, all the trim and grilles are all misaligned and the leather is all cracked and the undercarraige is a mess! Really wants a professional restoration!

IS this the Car that was owned by the Lovely woman who used to be the advertising Rep for Classic American? the Car was in Wigan Lancs for a while

If not there is another Red Rag Top XR7 out there 8-)

I imported this car in 2001, was completely original, matching numbers, tags on everything, thick layer of dirt on everything, unfortunately the floors were really shot and the lower quarters were gone! It was cheap though $2500. Just as well, cos its cost a fortune to get this far! Worth every penny though! :D

some cars have got it and some dont same model spec everythin but somethin just dont hit the spot a bit like a woman really
