Hi, can anyone give me any news / advice on MATS at vegas, wanting to go next year so any knowledge about the event / flights / hotels would be welcomed, cheers.

The track is NE of Las Vegas, so stay on the North side of town to avoid traffic, unless you really want to stay on the Strip. The HQ Hotel is the Cannery, but you'll be lucky to get a room there. We stayed at a Best Western (I think) a bit nearer the track.

Virgin and BA fly direct to Las Vegas, but you might get a cheaper flight if you don't mind going indirect.

Rental car through Dollar if you want a Charger or Challenger. They have a really nice multi agency rental car complex at the airport, where you get to choose your own car in the class you've paid for.

For all of the above, try Expedia.com
