He always wanted to kill people that let them off at the nats at 2 am!

Not to mention, as in most Mediterranean countries, the risk of fire is disastrous in those hot dry climates, and even accidentally starting a fire carries a heavy penalty. Recently one man was arrested and charged with starting a fire, even though it was accidental. Sparks emanating from the exhaust of a tractor had inadvertently started a fire, and resulted in the farmer's arrest. He has been sentenced to five years in prison and a fine of 20,000 Euros. Lucky he wasn't letting off fireworks as well
