smashing drive. (quite literally if you do the severe dips!! too fast.
I used to shout to my Dad to drive Faster! as a little kid sat on the back seat. No seatbelts then of course so me and my little brother used to lift out of our seats and it made "our tummies feel funny!". We used to be in fits of giggles feeling that moment of weightlessness. :-)

Originally there were more castles and fortified houses between the Tweed and the Tees per square mile than any other place in the world. A lot of them are gone now but you still don't have to look far to find one.

I'll go back and fill in some pictures of important parts of the build but here's a little video I shot of warming it up the other day.

Just to let the neighbours know I'm still around :D

Thought I'd update. I'm still alive(!)

Currently rebuilding power steering pump and then hopefully sorting my ignition with the FBO kit once I can get my new distributor.

Looks like I'm missing the Nats AGAIN this year, working on a feature film which is shooting all through July. :P But can't complain, it is work.

More updates as and when.

Can't wait 'til I'm ready to keep the neighbours happy with the V8 rumble. Only I'm gonna use open headers so that they get maximum benefit. :D

My open headers were too brutal sounding for my car. I've no drag strip ambitions, I wanted a slightly more 'refined menace' to my sound.

Very happy with the exhaust system. The car sounds more like an approaching storm than the end of the world(!)

The neighbours still don't approve though... :D

Just came off this one called January http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1929276/ which was great fun. I was Best Boy on that one. James Cosmo is a nice bloke.

Next one is gangster/boxing based I believe and is shooting up here all through July. Don't know the title, don't think it's got one yet.

I'll be Best Boy/Lighting Spark on that one too.

:atthemovies: :boxing: :violent1: :Absynth: About sums it up :thumbright:

Cheers for asking. I'll post trailers/pics in another thread if people are interested, some of the stuff I can't publicise or I'll get in trouble though :rulez:

Haven't posted much because I haven't been doing much on the car.

Still got to sort whatever is stopping the power steering from working but I thought I'd post a link to this:

http://retroandclassiccars.wordpress.co ... until-now/

I car lad I know on twitter asked me to write a piece for his car blog thing, it's basically a condensed version of this thread on here.

Just thought I'd post it as it's the festive season and all.
