SSBC Disc replacement - 69 Charger

Hi Guys

I need to replace the discs and pads on my SSBC brake conversion kit and was hoping someone could help me cross reference the discs and pads so as I dont have to shell out £325 on official SSBC ones. The kit is for a 69 Charger and the model number is A156-1 (front drum to disc conversion kit). Would appreciate any help you can give me! i think the discs are approx 11.25"
