This is pretty much the first Jaguar ever made. It's been restored with new handmade panels, etc.
Based on the Austin 7, the handmade ally bodies were fitted by Swallow Sidecars, formed in 1922 by William Lyons and William Walmsley in Blackpool.
Swallow Sidecars later became Swallow, then S.S. Cars. They went a bit quiet during the war (SS... oops!) Firing up the production lines again in 1945 as Jaguar, using SS as the model designation instead.
