Post by AL »

Been trying to insure a 2nd car(old Nissan Micra).
Who is the cheapest what it comes down to.
Cannot get my max NCD mirrored , best quote £485-.My first vehicle only £195-.
Its all a big rip off, make no sence

Considering you can only drive one at a time two gives the same risk.
They dont like named drivers on the 2nd,its a case of finding the right broker.
Seem to remember the underwriters would cut you a deal, now its all'computer says no'.

The only insurer I could find to mirror NCD was Aviva(formerly Norwich Union).
Two policys total £450- van and car, includes named driver on both.
No young drivers(dont tell the girlfriend)
If you stay with them for 2 years they give 5 years NCD on both. :thumbright:
