Mimi's Diner, Bude

Post by MilesnMiles »

This diner was shipped over from New Jersey and rebuilt and located just off the A39 in Bude, Cornwall. A few of us drove up for lunch last Sunday and very nice it was too :thumbright:

Down that way soon. Might have to check it out :)
24 hours in a day, 24 beers in a case. Coincidence? I think not…

Its worth a go Stu, nice staff uncomplicated and fresh food. Proper old style inside with alooominum (as the yanks say) everywhere.

If you google it, you,ll find the whole story.A real labour of love to recreate the exact same diner all the way from USA. It's actually located on a campsite. You get the surreal experience of driving down a track, past some refurbed barns and there's the diner!
