Prom night - yeah my mope does move

Post by Ian Z »

Took my youngest, Joe, up to his prom night with his mates on Wednesday.
Had blast beforehand to shake em up a bit and to make sure they were fashionably late.

If anyone enquires about the marks on the driveway at this posh hotel, wasnt me it was the black 68 :thumbright:

I felt sorry for the people arriving in style the stretch hummer only to find everybody with there backs turned to them watching us arrive 8-)

done that also, couple of years ago, took a mates girl and her mate to their prom at The Last Drop, their so called ‘mates’ had booked a limo or something and left them out, so took just the 2 of them and they got the last laugh :D, the place was crawling with stretched limos and pink fire engines, but muscle car is the new black when it comes to prom night :thumbright:

Same here. Girl I drove was a mates niece who was getting a bit of stick from some of the girls, i.e. being invited in "da main limo" then getting blown out at the last minute. Arrived in the "noisy car" to a sea of dropped jaws, and "nice one"s from the fellas, and a few nods from the limo drivers, too. I got a report back that it made her night as it was the talk of the evening!

Also done that quite a lot, this was 2 weeks ago. only a few days notice but it was Mopars to the rescue. In the second pic is young Connor from 2 years ago, he didn't want his Dad's Road Runner as everyone had seen it before.

We are getting a lot of things from the USA comming over here normaly in an effort to make money,McDonalds,Walmart,(our asda) R&B,no public acces to things in the name of Terrorism, people getting fatter.Baseball caps
The School prom is one of them.this is quite recent development in the last 10 years.

If something does well in the USA it normaly ends up here 5 years later.

Well done Ian 8-)
