Time for a change..............
Decided to rip out the power steering and go for a manual set up instead, I know that I'll need a steering box, a pitman arm and a power to manual steering coupler. Will I need anything else that I'm not aware of?

I have posted a manual steering box for sale if you are interested under the heading parts that I am taking to the nats. You will need to either extend your steering shaft or buy a special coupling. Other people on the site have done the conversion so the will know exactly how to do it

Sorry Pete, I hadn't forgotten that you kindly put one aside for me. The one on the car at the moment has made the car virtually undriveable at present even after adjusting as far as possible. Having had the chance to drive a manual steering car I decided that as it felt so much better, the benefits of going manual outweighed those of staying with power.
Apologies for any inconvenience caused and for not letting you know before posting that I was going to go with manual
