Plymouth Duster 318 Transmission?

Post by leon007 »

Hi, Im new to the forum, I have brought a Plymouth Duster 318 and im currently in the process of getting it fixed after the engine blew up!! I had trouble with the kick down linkage, I then changed the linkage to a cable. ive now got trouble with the 904 transmission leakage on a rear seal? i dont know if its the wrong seal or the shaft is slightly out of line, Is this a common problem does anyone have advice??

Cheers Paul

Sounds like a question for Duncan "Cannonball" Watts. ;)

Welcome to the forum, Paul. Whereabouts in the country are you?

Get yourself along to the regular club meet at The Three Horseshoes, Hooks Cross on the A605. Some of the regulars at that meet have years of experience with these cars. Right friendly bunch too!

The meet is on the second Wednesday of every month at 8pm.

P.S Don't forget to update your profile with your location ;)
