Arguably he is, but it's a very subjective thing! Certainly a lot of guitarists rate him as their choice.

If cites Martin Taylor as his favourite guitarist.

I saw the album "If You Want Blood, You Got It" being recorded live when I was about 16 or 17 I think, was drunk, stoned, you name it, don't even really remember it but I love listening to it, Bananarama! amazin raw energy in that
