Demon Rear Wing

Post by Demon James »

Well, with thanks to "AllKiller" for the oppertunity and my young apprentice for holding and moving and holding and moving in trial wing positions, I have now ticked another "to do" on the Demon.

I have all the measurements just in case anyone ever needs them, :read2: found a document on line from the factory fit instructions. I will need to make some adjustments to the internal brackets but thankfully not the car as it has a genuine trunk with the spoiler cut outs already there (phew [-o< )

The cut outs pretty much dictate the final location of the pedestalls but I still measured and re-measured to the point of wearing the numbers off the tape  It's never a good feeling having to drill holes in your pride and joy :( but oh so satisfying when it comes out right, well worth the patience :)

It's not going to bring my ET's down but I love the look so it will feel feel faster 8-)

Thanks again Steve, great to meet you :thumbright: :)

Lovin' that, but then I'm a bit biased!
You can't have too much power, only a lack of traction!

Looks good sometimes a wing can make a big difference, and that works. I might of been inclined to paint it the same as the body, but it matches the black stripe as it is. :thumbright:

:) "polite request" could you please keep the positive comments coming? Wendy loves the new look so I'm sure if you all said how good a new set of shocks, new tyres, head lining, floor shift kit, disc brake conversion etc etc would make the car look, it would be much appreciated
