Pete, as your trans cooler has a fan, your not limited to mounting in front of your existing rad.

I have mine in the rear, where fuel tank would of been, plenty of air goes under the car & not an issue, even being that close to the exhaust boxes

Hi Mark, my trans cooler is mounted in roughly the same place as yours but i have not fitted a fan (yet....). Fitting one was an option, but another drain on the electrical system. I wanted to see the temp before I used the Transbrake.

The alternative is to relocate it as Duncan suggests.

I am not convinced it is big enough but Jef Hauser said it would be - even when running a Transbrake....time will tell......

I increased the size of my rad, due to the extra heat which will generated by the Turbos, hopefully it will get the job done.

As you know the down side of the trans brake is the heat it generates. I ran with a smaller one/rad previously & never had issues.

As your only using at the track, you should be OK.

I am contemplating logging trans temp, so should have a better idea.
