Newbie!

Post by dazm1972 »

Hello all, my name is Darren, I've just joined the MMA, I'm new to this forum lark so bear with me!
I'm at the start of a 69 Charger resto, so i'm looking for body panals, two OE rear quarters, two cills and a front valance to be precise.
And needless to say any help and advise anyone is willing to offer!

Cheers!

Welcome fella :thumbright:

Lets see some pics please. Don't worry about the state it's in as it's never worried people like Ivor or Dave.

Dave is the one who looks like he needs help and Ivor is the one that my daughter thinks looks like a Spitfire pilot.

Blimey your a friendly bunch, many thanks for the warm welcome! here are a few pics of the car, some of you may recognize it, i brought it from Malcom Bird in Birmingham who is a member on here as well.
Theres a lot of work to do but its generally solid with much of the hard work done, i.e. new floor pans, new boot floor etc.
I'm struggling for somewhere to do the work at the mo, as it don't fit in my Garage! hoping to rent a workshop/Double garage soon.
Anyone know a good source of body panels? just seem to have been quoted mega expensive shipping from the us.
Will try to upload some better pics soon .
