Hi Dave
The car scene is good, the weather is great, but everything is bloody expensive! Still can't come to terms with $10 Pints (about £6.50)
The Aussies are still making some tasty cars even now, the Holden HSV range and the Ford FPV range are really tasty motors.
Cheers
Kev

yeah i got used to $7:50 a pint when i was there about ten years ago..
mind it was cheaper for local stuff in schooners
then you come back to the UK and you are handing over £50 for a round of drinks and the barman thinks ya mental.
your whole concept of what its worth in everyday transactions gets screwed.
mind i had enjoyed spending at $2.70 to the Pound when i first got there
that warps you view as well until you start earning $
