The Triumph has twice the power of a similar sized Harley and is a LOT smoother and better made than ANY Harley. ;)

Yep, at the back, above the cross member, the LCA and the driveshaft...they even provide a special "oil deflector" so you don't cover everything in oil when you take it off.

!
Thats a new addition Ivor the old Hondas just covered everything including the person under it trying to lift it out in Black stuff

My Dad had a hissy fit changing the plugs on his Vette Dave...had to go up and calm him down before he did something he'd regret
What a nasty Job
ALL KILLER NO FILLER
Nostalgia, its not what it used to be.

I don't blame him.
But I am glad I did it first because then it made fitting the new serpentine belts seem easy.

That one was clean over my head, Dave.

I also intrigued that AllKillers' dad's 'vette was called "Dave".............Not really a Hairdresser's name; or so I thought...... ;)

Making some of the exhaust gas by-pass the silencer.

Better sounding exhaust.
Cooler trunk floor.
Possibly a scavenging effect.

It cost nowt so what the hell.

It isn't much louder than it was before to be honest. More of a "burble" at idle though. You can't have enough burble in my opinion. :D

Neat job that Dave, I wonder what effect that'll have on the engine management system, will you be able to track any changes on your laptop set up?

Nah I don't monitor anything. I just drive the thing. I was more interested in making it sound like I was driving a V8. I miss the sound of a Mopar too much. ;)

If that is a step up from a slut I'll take it. :thumbright:

It's only a Covette Ivor. It's not like they even need fiddling with. :)
