Hi and it is very good to be a part of the MOPAR.

I am Ali been into American cars, well all my life, childhood and soon after I could run one as second car!

I have had a few Cadillacs (the reason for the username) but always a problem keeping a 19 feet car covered.

But in me I have always wanted a Mopar.

The one I would love to have would be a 73 Road Runner, but not yet.
I started looking at the Barracuda 64 to 69 (A body) and researched and looked for a year or so till I found one end of last year, so I imported it.

It is a 1968 Hardtop Coupe (Notchback) with a 340 and 8 3/4 rear end.

It is NOT perfect but it is good.

Welcome :thumbright: I think the notchback is the best of the lot :love10: and as you say, just the right size to look after if you have a `normal `size garage. Great colour too 8-)

Thanks guys for such warm welcome.
It's a nice car but would be better if I could get it road worthy, and start using it, mind you with this weather it may be better in the garage.

:hello2:

Welcome Ali!

Great looking A body you have there.......Love the plate too! :thumbright:

If this is your first Foray into Mopars and have not been part of the scene then there are 2 great events to put on your calander for this year.

Mopars at Brooklands (end of May)
And the mighty EuroNats at Santa Pod (End of July).

Where abouts in the UK are you?
.......Edit Just seen Worcester. I'm localish......In halesowen and my parents live in Kidderminster! Good to see another Midlander in here! :thumbright:

We seem to have a good spread within the club around the UK!

Hope to meet you and the car at the events later this year! :thumbright:

(Have to say the car looks to clean to have MOT Issues............. 8-) )
