York raceway is so close its scary, went last year at the end of the season but only to watch. May well give it a go this year.

well racing is free this year for American SuperStock Racers so no excuses :D theres a meeting there this Monday

Yeah I know, I'm also meant to be at a Breakfast Meet at Specialist Cars of Malton, North Yorkshire. But have you seen the weather forecast. I'm expecting the fastest thing down the quarter mile will be a council gritter.

Thanks, The GTX looks great. What colour have you gone for?. You did well to spot one, I've only ever seen 2 on the road since they came out.

Thanks Drew, I'm totally besotted by my car. I'm signing off for this evening. Thanks to everyone that replied to my post, it's made me feel welcome and can't wait to post some photos of the car and improving my forum profile.
Maybe get to meet one or two of you over the next couple of months.
