I know Mike, but Pete is referring to a totally restored seat. Seems bodgy to dye it.
Meantime looking at common or garden bucket seat on ebay.
No rush until the end of the month.

Seats from older Fords are a good bet if you can find them. Escort MK1 etc. Volvo 340 seats are comfy and fairly easy to find. Or if you've got a chance of a B bod bench in the wrong colour,you could always dye it

Well as there's no such actual Mopar colour as Petty Blue, it could be Petty Green!

I coloured a bike seat bright red with Viynlcote years ago.
I don't know if its still about but I was really impressed.
See the bike around for about five years after I sold it and it still looked good
It's all about Smiles per gallon !!!

Empire Blue as in Fordson tractor blue. Very close to Petty Blue.

"Hugger Blue" - Ford is pretty much the same colour as Corprate Blue.....

Apparently the interior is or was, Bright Blue. Now faded and raccoon chewed bluey grey!
