Ace Cafe, Spring Riot, May 1st

Post by RobTwin »

That time of year again, and looks like it's gonna be dry! :woohoo:

Always a good nite - get there early tho if you want to park in the car park. But not too early if you want to get out again...

We'll be there, but sans Mopes :(

used to be the Executioners night but no longer and so now a lot more muscle cars than there used to be. I'll be there in the Dart, work permitting :thumbright:

Bit of everything really Sam. As Paul says, when the Executioners used to run it, they were a bit picky about what vehicles could park in the car park - it had to fit in with their idea of a 'hot rod'.... which usually meant stock-ish muscle cars had to find somewhere else to park, but it's a lot more varied nowadays

Yeah, it's a turbo'd Busa. Seen it at Pod, I'm sure it must be the same one.

Great pics, all the other pics id seen were later and seem to focus on the burnouts which in my opinion are ruining the event.
