Did you give him a deadline date Steve (ie. before the Nats Weekend), or just as and when?

Agree though......Not a great work ethic!

Yea friends and family , sometimes not a good mix, we all know the amount of work it takes to do a project like this but 11 months is a long time for a hood

Yea I really know somewhat what you are saying ,the guy that did the sheet metal work on our car is just pure talent , excellent welder , he did the whole car for me....... but now he has a woman... so I have to beg an plead him ,to do minor welding work, again he is a long long time friend and has had CUDAS AND CHALLYS
BUT ...I have to wait ;)

See your problem......Not an easy subject.
Anyone else and you'd suggest a 25% reduction due to late delivery..........

The ole mixing Business/Pleasure/Mates theme........ :help:

On the flip side, i'd rather miss the date and have it done A1 than less than........Even if 11 months is taking the P!
