Are you going to paint the wood like original Jem.

Also I might have a Serious buyer for one of your polished Dodgems if you still have them ??

Not going to paint it Steve. Just leave as is and get the seat upholstered.

Polished dodgems? Do you mean the Streamliner cars? The finished one is sold but I still have the other one - not restored yet though.

Perhaps PM me and we can discuss :thumbright:

Forgot to keep an eye out for Four Rooms.

You been on yet, Jem?
24 hours in a day, 24 beers in a case. Coincidence? I think not…

I love that bike Jem, surely it would sell better if it were painted like the original example?

As a kid I used to help build up the Jungle Speedway for E.Andrews funfair from Tunbridge Wells. That ride was mixture of the bikes, animals and big upholstered gondolas. I used to sit on the bikes between taking the money, must of done miles on them
I think much better painted than bare wood. Pretty sure that particular ride is preserved in working order,it was certainly still earning it's keep for Andrews in the early 90's as were his 3 or 4 ex Hovis 1936/7 Leyland Beaver trucks.
