A week Saturday 6th there's a lovely little village fete in Cowfold, quite near to where we had lunch the other week Pete. Good classic car show, we take the 'Bird up there every year and let the kids sit in it. Very laid back event in an idyllic Sussex setting, real ale etc, any interest to anyone?

Yeah why not cruise down Andy, be great to see ya, maybe JC too! Just take Interstate 23 down to the 272 and go west a couple of miles. Really nice event, all the usual country stuff, quaint little stalls etc. Real ale, decent burgers and hog roast etc, we love it, been going for 5 years now. Last year we took the 'Bird up on the truck and go soooo stuck in the mud as we pulled in. Took a maahoosive tractor to pull the truck out but what a larf. Really good day out

Chelsea Cruise? Fair old trek from Hitchin, let alone Cambs...Pete wrote:Got the weather and a car that might work, so are there any events in the South East / East Anglia??

I'm not a big fan of the cruise.
Did it once in the Daytona and it was a total pain in the arse.
Every tw@t wanted to race me off the lights, and I found it more hard work than enjoyment.
I don't really want to spend all my time sitting in traffic with a newly re-built engine either...........
I would rather do some thing in the daylight too!!
