Thanks for all the positive comments. Dispite working most nights and
weekends for what seems forever my goal of the Nats has eluded me
and I will be carless once again :( The end is in sight though and with
the start up last week it's given me a boost. Lots of little things to do
really so should be out soon. Big thanks to Mark for letting me build the
car in his garage and his help as it would be no where near to completion
if I were still working in the old tent where I started. :thumbright:

Excellent job Jerry, can't beat a load of Pics, when did you start, and what was the state of the car before restoration??

Jerry,
Heres some pics to look at on holiday ;)

Shifter mounted, with button added to shifter knob (what a Bananarama! job  )

Image

Front Bumper dzeus mounts

Image

Dzus fittings now fixed to front & rear bumpers, couldnt be bothered to walk round the back to take a photo of the rear bumper

Image

Hidden hood pins now drilled

Image

Hood pin location brackets now drilled & screwed in, need some paint ;)
Need to make bottom pieces & weld on for pip pins

This one I know you have seen, but good to have photos on your thread

PS forgot, number plate now drilled & screwed :D

Still plenty of jobs left on the 'To Do' list :D :D

Not using R clps, were going to use Pip Pins, which can be released from the front grill
