Yet more Nats pics...

Post by RobTwin »

Just got round to sorting thru these  Still got Harpenden and the NSRA Supernats to post yet.... bear with me

All in all, a great weekend for us lot, despite the Satellite deciding to lose all its power steering fluid whilst parked at (well, down the road from) Ken's Diner. Dont really know why yet - it looked like the same problem as last year when it had the wrong o-ring in the steering box, but it's been fine during the 11 months since we replaced it. Tho we did find the adjuster nut on top was loose when we checked the fluid level on the Sunday morning, so may be summat to do with that

Dodge performed faultlessly tho - despite having to make an extra journey back to Stu's (60 miles each way) on the Friday afternoon as my lad decided to leave his bag with all his stuff in, at home

Made a new friend on the cruise, as we gave a lift to Ian, owner of the ‘Anxious’ Pop. Jolly nice chap too. Also gave a lift to Mike Jones & son, back to the Pod from the Diner, who were very complimentary how comfortable the Satellite was to be in; which was nice. Despite the power steering problems and wallowing rear springs :?

Highlights for me were seeing Pete get the MMA award…nice one 'chap' And it was good to see Roger pick up the CA Heat Winner too, after somehow missing out last year. Hope you can make to to the NEC again in November.

Anyhoo, enough waffle - hopefully there's something here you havent seen a 100 times already...

Yes, that's right, I think his name's Chris. Stu was having a good long chat with him on the Friday while I was flapping around looking for my lad's bag, and coming to the realisation that I was gonna have to drive back home again...
