Same for me, Black pro Tourer is quality and the Blue Shaker is simply stunning!
Quite like the sublime with black hood treatment and big TTD wheels too!

What makes that 1970 R/T SE Challenger Hemi a "1 of 2" car Kev?
59 US shipped (of which 22 were 4-speeds) and 4 Canadian shipped.

Not known despite what some famous experts will tell you. You can find out a rough percentage of Challengers were painted a particular colour. But not the colour of a specific combination of options.
However there is probably a list of all "known" Hemi Challengers as there are not that many of them. Plumb was a common colour as you probably well know.
I have a list of the VINs of every 70 Hemi car built for export to Canada. But no details of what other options they have and there is no known list of US shipped Hemi cars that I know of.
