The car from this thread was for sale a few months ago for £4000.00:

http://www.carandclassic.co.uk/car/C376637

Seller stated: "Wow, sold to the first caller, had over 30 call within 5 days. "

Not surprised, as it is now on ebay again for £12,500.00

Not a bad little profit, if it sells for that!

Didn't know he put it up for sale in the end.
Did he mention it to the MMA, he may have had just as quick sale and maybe more notes in his pocket.

£12.5K..... Just how good is it. Anyone seen it in current condition or when the previous owner had it?

Reading the Ebay advert I can not help but wonder if the current owner has been 'told' to sell it but does not want to, so it may be priced NOT to sell.
That's what I'd do if it were mine and I did not want to part with it.

This car was owned and painted by a someone in St Neots when I still lived there. He had a young family and had to sell it not too long after. I bet he'd be spitting blood if he saw what it was going for now!

yeah but people can spot a quality design and a model with racing herritage a mile off.....

just need this or the Orange watford vans car to sell and life is good for the aussie charger

makes restoration rather than the banger track a more likley outcome for those in a decrepid state

gotto stick up for the old jiggers

its an A body with little or no overhang at the back and the track of a mid 60s B body

can do both types of racing.....

if the A body is the new 68 charger

the Valiant charger is the best looking A body to have

best ass in the buisness

Yee haa

Not for Drag Racing, young Skywalker.....

Back in the day they found the Darts were faster than the fastback Barracudas.

I found this very surprising; but it is because of the flat over hang at the back causing down force and also less turbulance off the flatter hood at the front...
