Got some compound on the existing paint today, and it came out OK.. So today started sanding rear fenders ready for some body and paint work. Then it is up for sale. Total cost should be around $150. So truck stands me in $2350.

Good way to work your way up the $$ and car ladder! Buy cheap that needs bodywork/minor stuff, do your business and sell for a profit!

Yep, I shall use profit on this to buy another. So in reality, next car is free, only my labour. There are plenty of cheap cars this time of year. See how it goes.
i got a 1968 gmc last winter, and fear the same frame twist issue, also it seems to have the same bed as yours, which i know isnt right for the truck, what year do you think the bed is Jeff?
would like to know so i can download the correct diagram for the bed planks..
