Evening - it's quite impressive.
But, there is something I've never understood about this area of cars (me being the "grandpa" style owner). I know that it is supposed to be a Centura, but isn't it really a tube chassis with a highly engineered engine set up, cloaked in the covering of a car (in this case, the Centura).
How much of the original car would there be in something like this?
Just curious like, not being my area and all.
Practically nothing, apart from the body and of that probably only the roof and the rear quarters will be original, the rest of the panels will be fibreglass.

think the motor needs a rebuild every half hour or so but mental from a 4.3 litre
More door
of course it is
its Australian. they liked 2 doors for about 5 minutes between 71 and 74 after that the only 2 door that got a look in were panal vans
their favorite muscle car is a 4 door
check out the Falcon GTHO phase III
looks like a big mk 2 cortina but you could buy one as a 16 year old and have 400+ bhp under your right foot off the garage forecourt and then collide with the nearest lamp post on the way home.
chrylser did the charger R/T to compete, lighter 1250KG with 300 hp
big scandal in the press, bullets on wheels availble to kids, death distruction and the end of homologation specials available to the public.
chrylser were toying with the 340 at the time...would have made a mental aussie charger if they'd stuck with the manual 4 speed

one has to ask why only 6
surely 8 turbos on a real 8 cylinder hemi is the correct number
who cares if the car has an engine bay designed around a 2 litre 4 pot
there will still be pleanty of space for all that plumbing.... he can mount the radiator on the roof like a big sail and get the advantage of a following wind
