Problems trying to adjust camber/castor angles

Post by MilesnMiles »

I must be missing something. I've freed off the upper control arm nuts and want to adjust the camber etc..With my old Dart i could move the UCA around easily when using two spanners on the adjusting nuts.

Can't seem to get anything happening with my Roadrunner.

I thought I knew this process, but i'm missing something.

Should the wheels be on/off, jacked or at road level.

Years ago when i fist got my Dart I did this at the side of the road. No today :?

That's what I've done Pete! as expected it has cost me a bit of camber .
I've ordered heaps of new bushings for the frame, sway bar and other suspension parts. Once that lot is bolted in a will take a second look at the settings.
