I don't think it goes far coz its just done 1000 miles since motor was rebuilt over a year ago. I am going to see if I can go and view it tomorrow now I hoped that some members would know the car but appears not
If it is as good as it sounds then you snap his bloody hand off!
That gen of Barracuda in fastback guise with a BB for sub £7k is a hell of a deal. BB conversion should not hurt resale. Possible only if it is a stripped 1/4 mile car, but even then they should be making well over £8k.
Check it over three times, as in all honesty it sounds too good to be true.......If it isnt then you have possibly found yourself a decent profit making car!
Good luck!

"My Car is a work in progress, Probably never gonna get finished, never gonna have the money to Bananarama!!"
Went to see it today dropped my phone so no pics but it needs to much work for me it's been noshed up in a few places like base of roof pillar, had some poor welding done on the front problem after crash damage at some time looks like inner wings are filled and it's cracked bad panel gaps so I walked away but somebody with time may take it on also got MMA sticker across rear window

not surprising. so many cars that were once worth nothing are knackers now. but still try to get big money for them
It looks okay from across the road but if you stripped the paint off it I'm not sure how much metal you would find but for the right money I'm sure someone will take it on
I always take a really small fridge magnet with me when I look at any car and go all over it...everywhere. And I tell the owner what Im doing out of courtesy. There are a few tricks to cheat the magnet but if you use a small, weak fridge magnet then if there is metal under the paint it will stick but wont stick to filler with iron fillings etc in. Stronger magnets can stick through filler to good metal and give the false impression of sound panels etc.
Good luck with the search...the right one will come up!
Seen to many yanks " gobbed " up over the years. Probably why I prefer a bit of patina ?
Shouldn't say this but its not only us yank owners that need to worry about the filler gang.
You want to see the amount I've seen in vintage rollers and Bentleys.
And we're talking big bucks motors !!!
